The Western Cheshire IAPT Team consists of a range of Psychological Practitioners. These include: Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP’s), Cognitive Behavioural Therapists (CBT Therapists), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapists (EMDR Therapists) and Counsellors.

The team provides services across Western Cheshire, which includes Ellesmere Port and Neston, Chester, Chester Rural, Frodsham and Helsby. These clinic appointments are provided within local GP surgeries, community clinic venues, or hospital locations.

The 1829 Building on the Countess of Chester Health Park houses a number of other services including:

The Respiratory Service which provides treatments such as pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory physiotherapy, community chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) nursing and home oxygen assessment to people in West Cheshire.

 The Acquired Brain Injury service provides community-based neuropsychology, vocational rehabilitation and case management across Wirral and South Cheshire.
